Today I am going to share  2 easy gulab jamun recipes with you. 

In both recipes, we have to put friend Gulab Jamun in sugar syrup. so first of all we should prepare sugar syrup.

Sugar Syrup

1.     Take 2 glasses of water in a pan and add 1 cup of sugar, 3 green cardamon, 1/2 tablespoon vinegar, and 4-5 drops of vanilla essence.

2.     Boil it for 2-3 minutes don’t make the mixture thick.

3.     Leave it aside to become cold.

1. Gulab Jamun with Bread

Ingredients

  • ·       6 bread pieces
  • ·       Milk 5-7 tablespoon
  • ·       Cooking oil for frying
  • ·       Grated pistachio and almond for garnishing

Procedure

   Add 5-7 tablespoons of milk to the bread and blend it in a blender and make a thick dough.

    Now grease your hands with oil and make bolls of that dough.

    Take oil in a pan. The oil should be fresh. Now add bolls of bread dough into the oil. Oil should not be too hot otherwise it will burn from the outside.

  Fry the balls until golden brown.  


   Put the bolls in the cold sugar mixture and leave it for 2 hours.
       
   Now take out the bolls on a plate and garnish with pistachio and almonds.

    Now our yummy Gulab jamun is ready.

2. Gulab Jamun with milk powder

Ingredients

  •     ¾  cup (100 grams) of unsweetened milk powder
  •         60 grams of all-purpose flour, or ½  cup.
  • ·       ½  teaspoon baking powder
  •           2 tablespoons clarified butter or ghee
  •             milk half cup
  • ·       oil or ghee (for frying)

Procedure

1.     First, combine 3/4 cup milk powder, 1/2 cup maida, and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder in a big bowl.

2.     Add 2 tablespoons of ghee now, mixing well to moisten the flour.

3.     Additionally, when needed, start combining milk.

4.     Mix thoroughly to get a soft dough. The dough should not be kneaded.

5.     For ten minutes, cover and rest.

6.     Start making mini jamuns size of balls once the dough has rested for 10 minutes.

7.     Make sure the Jamun is intact and free of fractures. Cracks increase the likelihood that jamuns will break during frying.

8.     Use ghee or medium-hot oil to deep fry.

9.     Fry until golden brown.

10.                        Then put in sugar syrup

11.                        Cover and leave out for two hours, or until the jamuns have doubled in size and absorbed the sugar syrup.

12.                        Lastly, eat gulab jamun plain or with ice cream.
