 Pizza margherita very special dish, a real and harmonious combination of flavors that in our recipe are enhanced to the nth degree by the presence of an ideal hot mozzarella: the Mozzarella Cucina Santa Lucia Galbani.

With its high and soft cornice, the queen of pizzas is perfect for adults and children *, ideal for a trip out of town with friends, and excellent for any occasion.

Ingredients

For the dough

250 g of flour

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of sugar

1/2 sachet of granular brewer's yeast

180/200 ml of water

For the dressing

1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

250 g of Mozzarella for Pizza Galbani Santa Lucia

200 ml of tomato sauce

Salt to taste.

Oil to taste

Basil to taste

Preparation

Get straight to the stove and try the following recipe for the Margherita pizza:

To make the Margherita pizza, put the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.

Mix the ingredients with a spoon, then add the warm water a little at a time, continuing to mix for about 10 minutes until the dough is smooth and velvety.

Pour the mixture directly into the pan lined with parchment paper and greased with oil, spread it out by pressing with your fingers with a movement from the center towards the edges, cover it with a lid or plastic wrap and let it rest.

After about an hour, when the dough has risen, roll it out with your fingertips, garnish with the tomato and bake at 200 ° -220 ° for 15-20 minutes.

Then, add the Mozzarella for Pizza Galbani Santa Lucia, salt, and oil, place in the oven, and cook in a preheated static oven at 220 ° C-250 ° C for about 9 minutes. When cooked, garnish the pizza with fresh basil leaves, to give that extra touch of color that makes it even more irresistible.
