Chocolate dessert is one of those indulgent treats that never fails to hit the spot. Whether you're baking up a batch of homemade brownies or picking up some chocolaty ice cream from the store, a chocolatey treat is always an excellent choice for a casual get-together or an after-dinner snack. For something special, try making a decadent no-bake cheesecake with crushed Oreos and a rich dark chocolate ganache, or opt for something lighter like chocolate semifreddo layered with raspberry coulis and honeycomb. Whatever the choice may be, there's nothing quite like sinking your teeth into something sweet and utterly delightful that just so happens to be made out of everyone's favorite ingredient: Chocolate!

Ingredients

  • A liter of milk
  • One glass of water
  • Refined sugar  2 tablespoon
  • Corn starch 1 tablespoon
  •  1 teaspoon of rice flour
  •  2tablespoons cocoa
  •  Dark chocolate, 60 g

To decorate:

  • Coconut crushed, one tablespoon
  • Three Strawberry (cut in half)
  • A piece of chocolate (grated)

Procedure

  1. Put rice flour, corn flour, sugar, and cocoa in a pot. Well-blended dry ingredients
  2. Open the consistency before bringing it to a boil by stirring continuously while gradually adding cold milk. Therefore, there won't be a clumping issue.
  3. The pot to the stove. Cooking the sweet mixture over low heat for about 15 minutes or until it thickens requires continual whisking.
  4. Mix the dessert you just removed from the heat with the chopped-up dark chocolate until the dessert melts at its own temperature.
  5. The dessert you share in the serving bowls should be chilled in the refrigerator for at least two hours after reaching its initial temperature.
  6. Slices of strawberry, shredded chocolate, and coconut are used as garnish.
  7.  Happy eating. Enjoy
