garlic paste, usually freshly ground, chili powder, coriander powder, garam

mustard oil and blended together to make the marinade. After marinating the

Ingredients
- · 1 ½ kilogram of fish parts
- · 1 teaspoon salt,
or to taste
- · Cumin seed
powder, 1 ½ teaspoons (powdered jeera)
- · Red chili powder,
2 teaspoon
- · Powdered
turmeric, ½ tsp (Haldi)
- · 1 tablespoon all-zest
powder (Garam masala)
- · 1 teaspoon of
garlic ginger glue
- · 7 to 8
tablespoons of lemon juice or the juice of 4 to 5 lemons
Procedure
- 1 Wash the fish
thoroughly and make sure there are no scales left on the skin of the fish.
- 2. Add lemon juice
to your fish and let it sit for 5 mins.
- 3. Add all the
remaining spices along with 1 tbsp of oil and coat all the fish pieces well.
- 4. Cover the
marinated fish and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours or until needed.
- 5. Shallow-fry the
fish at medium flame until they turn golden brown.
- Serve hot with rice or as it is.
