Everyone enjoys dishes like soybean chili because who doesn't appreciate spicy food? The meal in soybean chili is very nutritious because a lot of vegetables are used in this. It can be consumed either this way or with roti or rice. Soybean Chili takes 15 to 20 minutes to prepare. It can be prepared dry or with gravy.

It is going to be very delicious. Let's collect the ingredients and try to make this yummy and delicious recipe easily.

Ingredients

·       50 grams of soybeans

·       1 chopped onion, 4 green peppers

·       Capsicum: one half

·       1/2 Spring Onion, 1 Carrot, and 100 grams of oil.

·       Seeds of cumin: 1 teaspoon

·       1 egg; 2 teaspoons of ginger-garlic paste.

·       1/2 teaspoon black pepper Corn

·       2 teaspoons of corn flour

·       salt to taste

·       2 teaspoons of soy sauce

·       3 teaspoons of green chili sauce

·       2 teaspoons of vinegar

·       Coriander  leaves

Procedure

Step 1

First, add a little salt to the water, then add the soybeans and boil for 2 minutes before letting it cool. 

Step 2

Now, chop the green chili, spring onion, onion, and capsicum into small pieces. 

Step 3

Water should now be squeezed out of the soybean. 

Step 4

After that, stir soybean in the egg, soy sauce, tomato sauce, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, and maize flour. 

Step 5

Then thoroughly cook it in oil.

Step 6

 Then place a pan over high heat, add oil and cumin, onion, and carrot, and roast for a bit. 

Step 7

Capsicum and salt are then added, and it is roasted for a bit.

Step 8 

Then add vinegar, tomato sauce, and soy sauce to it.

Step 9

 Then, add the fried soybeans and a little salt, and thoroughly combine. 

Step 10

 Cook it for 2 minutes while covering it. After adding coriander leaves, switch off the gas.

Step 11

 Once it is done, remove it and place it in a bowl for serving.
