Ingredients

grams of basmati rice
For boiling basmati
rice
· Two
green cardamons

cup chopped mint and coriander leaves

bay leaves

· Water

For the mutton meal

onions (cut into fine cuts)

tablespoons of ginger-garlic glue
· 1/4
teaspoon of turmeric powder
· 1
teaspoon of red chili powder

teaspoons of curry powder
· 1
teaspoon garam masala powder
· A cup of curd

ml oil

Green cardemoms,

salt as needed
For adorning:
- · coriander leaves

a cup of milk with a dash of food coloring
- · 1
teaspoon of kewra water
Procedure
Step 1
Wash the rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare 80% of the bubbling rice with the ingredients listed.
Drain,
then keep aside.
Step 3
Bring oil to a boil in a pan. Include whole spices. Add the onion and cook until golden brown.
Step 4
Include mutton in gravy. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Mix thoroughly after adding the spice powder for one minute.
Step 5
Put curd in. For 1-2 minutes, cook.
Step 6
Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. put the salt.
Leave the mutton for 40-45 minutes until the button becomes soft.
Step 7
Remove the meal from the pan.
Step 8
In a
related pan, add half of the rice. Add the mutton in half. Add a layer of
chopped mint and coriander along with some seared onion. Put another layer of
rice. Repetition is required.
Step 9
Sprinkle with food color and kewra water.
Stage 10
Cover it with a cover, and light a
small fire for ten to fifteen minutes.
Stage 11
Serve the biryani with raita after 15
minutes.
