| Crispy Golgappa |
We always return from our outings with golgappa in our stomachs. The preparation of water for pain purees is simple for most people, but we are unable to accomplish it to create crispy and puffy purees. Today I am going to share the golgappa recipe with imli ki chutney. So let's make puffy, crunchy pani puris together.
It will only take 15 to 20 minutes to prepare this poor recipe, so let's get started right away.
Puri Recipe
Ingredients
- · 100
grams of sooji
- · 200 grams of flour
- · Baking
powder half a teaspoon
- · one
hot cup of water
- · During
the pani puri frying procedure, oil is used.
Procedure
step 1
To
begin, combine the flour and suji in a big bowl. After that, add baking powder
to it.
Step 2
It
will fit if you add a little water to it.
Step 3
For
a further 10 to 15 minutes, cover it.
Step 4
After 15 minutes, take it again for 2 to 3 minutes. After that, use it to make
tiny balls.
step 6
After
that, grease the wheel (on which you are spinning the roti).
Step 7
Next,
roll a ball that is slightly thicker than the poor and cut it out with a cutter
(like a box lid or a tiny purée-shaped bowl).
Step 8
Make each mullet a bit broader after cutting it if it
seems a little too small (we'll include them into the second dough and roll
them again).
step 9
The
mullet will now be added to the gas grill's fully hot oil.
Step 10
Remove
it when it turns a bright golden brown.
Step 11
Now our crispy and crunchy puris are ready.
