Ingredients

  • 150 grams of butter
  •  200 grams of semolina souji
  •   four green cardamoms.
  •  200 g Sugar
  •  1 liter Water
  •  Almonds
  • Raisins
  •  Pistachios

Procedure

  1. Add the butter to the pan and cook it gently until it has completely melted.
  2. The semolina is added and cooked for 8 to 10 minutes on medium heat while being continually stirred to prevent burning. Cardamom pods are cut in half and added to the pan.
  3. When thickened to your preferred consistency, add the water and cook for 8 to 10 minutes after adding the sugar.
  4. Enjoy warm servings!
