Ingredients

For marination

  • 250 g of boneless, cubed chicken.
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger and garlic paste
  • Pepper flakes
  • Red chili flakes
  • According to taste, add salt
  • All zest powder (Garam Masala)
  • Powdered coriander 
  • Lemon juice

As for Better

  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tablespoons. of gram flour
  • 2 tablespoons of basic flour
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • Red chili powder, 1/2 tsp
  • Salt according to taste 
  • Garam masala, 1/2 tsp.
  •  Oil for deep-frying

Procedure

  1. Put the ginger-garlic paste on the chicken and marinate it.
  2. Salt, half a tablespoon of garam masala powder, one tablespoon of coriander powder, one tablespoon of pepper powder, and two tablespoons of lemon juice should be added and thoroughly combined.
  3. At least one hour should be set aside.
  4. Combine and thoroughly beat all of the batter's components.
  5. In a pan, heat the oil.
  6. A piece of marinated chicken should be dipped in the batter and deep-fried until golden and crisp.
  7. Carry out step 7 with the remaining chicken pieces, dripping off extra oil onto absorbent paper.
  8. Serve with chutney or tea.
