cubes)
- · Egg 1

- · Black pepper

- · Soya sauce ½ tablespoon
- · Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
- · All purpose
flour(maida) ¼ cup
- · Corn flour ¼ cup
- · Baking powder 1 tablespoon
- · Oil for frying
Procedure
step 1
1. Take chicken cubes in a
bowl and add egg, salt, black pepper powder, chili powder, garlic powder,
ginger powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, maida, corn flour, and baking powder.

Marinate all things
until a mixture is formed.

Heat the oil in a pan.

4. Now add cubes one by one
in oil.

5. Deep fry the chicken. The flame should be low
for completely cooked chicken rather the outer surface will burn but the inner
will remain uncooked.
